The predicted salary is between 18 - 18 £ per hour.
5 Days out of 7, 40 hours a week between 6.45am-3.15pm or 2.45pm-11.15pm.
Reporting to the Reception Manager, you will be working on reception and will be the first point of contact for our members; therefore, a good level of spoken and written English is essential. You will be greeting and welcoming the guests/members in accordance with the agreed procedure. As the first point of contact, you will also be resolving any member’s queries. Your main duties will include check in/out and taking and inputting reservations for our members. The position also includes working within Reservations as well as answering the telephone.
We are looking for people who have had previous Hotel/Club Reception experience and enjoy working within this environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar environment and will not be a stranger to multi-tasking in a busy environment.
