A leading Inbound Tour Operator is looking for an Italian FIT Executive to join their exciting team. The ideal candidate will work in the office whilst training and then work on a freelance basis from home.
What will you be doing?
- Point of contact for all inbound enquiries via email and telephone
- Build and maintain relationships with clients in order to create the best possible package
- Organise and book all tour elements - accommodation, attractions, restaurants, etc.
- Send booking confirmations and vouchers where viable
- Point of contact for any amendments, cancellations, etc.
- General admin and data entry tasks
The ideal candidate will be someone who can build and maintain relationships with key clients and suppliers alike in order to ensure client satisfaction is always met and/or exceeded.
