We are working with a leading plant hire business in Hemel Hempstead who are looking for a confident, hands-on Service Manager to lead from the front in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
This isn t a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk, it s for a proactive leader who thrives on pace, takes ownership, and knows how to drive performance across a large engineering team.
You will be responsible for a fleet of circa 1,200 units and leading a team of 25 fitters, including mobile engineers, ensuring everything runs efficiently, safely, and without delay.
