The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the hire desk, handling customer enquiries, coordinating deliveries and collections, and working closely with the workshop and wider team to ensure a reliable and efficient service. Key Responsibilities The Hire Desk Controller will take ownership of the hire desk and ensure each hire is managed efficiently from initial enquiry through to off-hire.
