Depot Manager c£50k + Company Car | Manchester Our client seeks an experienced Depot Manager to lead their thriving, fast-paced operation. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you\’ll be crucial in driving performance, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence across the depot. In this pivotal role, you\’ll be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day depot activities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and upholding the highest standards in Health & Safety. You will lead by example-delivering clear direction, supporting staff development, and promoting a clean, efficient, and well-organised working environment. A key part of the role will be leading process improvements and ensuring team members are effectively trained in new systems and procedures. To be successful, you must bring: Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people. Strong people management and coaching skills. A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and make informed decisions. A solid understanding of compliance and Health & Safety protocols-CPC or NEBOSH qualifications are a strong advantage. A systematic, logical approach and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.We\’re looking for a motivational leader with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
