Recruitment is proud to be exclusively partnering with our client, a leading manufacturer within the Food industry, to recruit a Ethics & Compliance Manager to join their Sustainability team based in Warminster. Job Title: Ethics & Compliance Manager Warminster β Hybrid (3 days per week) Up to Β£50,000 DOE + 7.5% KPI Bonus - Healthcare, Life Assurance, 6% Pension Contribution, Wellbeing & Support Workshops, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Hours: 37.5 hours per week β Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times You will ensure suppliers meet company, customer and regulatory requirements across sustainability, ethical trade, food safety and responsible sourcing, whilst supporting the wider CSR strategy and strengthening supplier resilience. Lead supplier assurance, compliance and responsible sourcing activities across the supply base. Manage supplier approval, documentation, risk assessments, audits and ongoing compliance. Ensure suppliers meet customer and regulatory requirements, including SEDEX, Modern Slavery and environmental compliance. Maintain accurate supplier records, specifications, audit reports and compliance documentation. Represent the business at relevant industry events and conferences when required. You will have experience within the food industry, ideally gained within supplier assurance, technical compliance, responsible sourcing or sustainability. You will be confident using Excel, data analysis, PowerPoint and supplier management/documentation systems. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing food business in a senior supplier assurance role, with the opportunity to influence responsible sourcing, sustainability, supplier compliance and operational resilience across a significant supply base. You will require a full UK driving licence and valid passport as occasional travel to suppliers, customer meetings, audits and industry events will be required.
