K.A.G Recruitment are delighted to bring you a new and exclusive opportunity for a Senior Production Manager to join our client, one of Europe's leading privately-owned food processors, at their site in Glasgow.

Location: Glasgow (G33)

Salary: £50 - £55,000 (DOE)

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday – 14:30 – 23:30 (flexibility to meet business needs)

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Purpose of the Role: As Senior Production Manager you will report directly to the Operations Manager and are responsible for delivering business value, improving customer service and driving employee performance across two production halls. The role ensures targets are achieved and continuously improved while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, GMP and health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set clear standards and expectations across the production teams.
  • Drive performance in health and safety, food safety, product quality and customer specifications.
  • Ensure process compliance, specification adherence and full traceability.
  • Manage service levels, labour costs and resource planning.
  • Lead structured meetings, communication and escalation processes.
  • Develop team capability through performance management.
