K.A.G. Recruitment is proud to be exclusively partnering with our client, a leading manufacturer within the Food industry, to recruit an Ethics Compliance Manager to join their Sustainability team based in Warminster.

Location: Warminster – Hybrid (3 days per week)

Package: Up to £50,000 DOE + 7.5% KPI Bonus - Healthcare, Life Assurance, 6% Pension Contribution, Wellbeing Support Workshops, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday with flexible start and finish times

About the Role: You will ensure suppliers meet company, customer and regulatory requirements across sustainability, ethical trade, food safety and responsible sourcing, whilst supporting the wider CSR strategy and strengthening supplier resilience. The role also provides day-to-day management of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead supplier assurance, compliance and responsible sourcing activities across the supply base.
  • Manage supplier approval, documentation, risk assessments, audits and ongoing compliance.
  • Ensure suppliers meet customer and regulatory requirements, including SEDEX, Modern Slavery and environmental compliance.
  • Lead the VACCP process and contribute to TACCP activities.
