A support to the store manager across all operations and procedures, utilizing the core team to deliver the day to day objectives of high standards within store excellence in customer service and hitting targeted KPIs, all within JYSK concepts and guidelines. Main KPIs consist of sales, stock accuracy and customer feedback as well as many more.
This is a physically demanding role and we are looking for managers with drive and ambition to achieve the results in a demanding workload environment. Must be flexible in their approach to working hours and show strong retail experience within stock controlling and team motivation.
With growth in the role and business we are looking for the future talent within DSMs and this means securing for future store managers within this talent pool.
Additional Information: 40hrs contract + hours needed for the business. Fully flexibility needed. A very exciting role with the prospect of moving towards future store management roles based on performance. One of the biggest potentials in all UK stores for growth.
