Job Description
As Deputy Store Manager (DSM), you will be responsible for overseeing the total operational activity within the store alongside the Store Manager. The role is highly KPI-driven, and experience in delivering strong performance metrics is required.
The brand is dedicated to delivering the best possible customer experience, and you will play a significant role in executing this. This involves challenging and driving the team to maintain high standards across the sales floor, including replenishment, concept updates, and merchandising throughout the year.
Two large transitional events occur annually, requiring a full store overhaul to showcase the best products at high standards for our customers. You will lead a small team of 8 to achieve these goals. This role is physically demanding, as we predominantly sell furniture, which constitutes a significant percentage of our store's turnover.
We seek the best candidates to support the future growth of our business, which is currently one of the fastest-growing districts. A strong DSM with retail experience is essential.
