As a Retail Manager, you will be part of the Country Management Team and are in charge of one of the country's regions. You will act as the direct manager to the region's District Managers and are responsible for ensuring that the district's stores perform well, creating the best sales results.
The Retail Manager job will enable you to take part in the development, implementation and follow-up of the annual business plan and are tasked with preparing and ensuring compliance with budgets and targets in your districts.
In addition, your job as Retail Manager will be to ensure the development of employees within your remit and take the lead as a good role model for all employees in your region.
