Job Description
The role at Blackburn JYSK involves opening and closing the store, managing security, and assisting with customer needs. We are looking for KPI-driven colleagues who want to succeed and be top performers.
This is a physical role at times, and managing heavier workloads is a key aspect of the position.
We emphasize maintaining a clean, tidy, and fully-stocked store to provide a strong foundation for delivering excellent customer service. As the store is in a growth period, flexibility and adaptability in your work approach are essential.
