About JWX (former JWP Connatix) JWX’s mission is to provide technology that empowers media businesses to connect their content with consumers across every platform. We help publishers transform content into multi-format experiences, reach audiences wherever attention moves, and strengthen monetization in a fragmented landscape. As part of the broader ecosystem, JWX also supports streaming companies and advertisers with solutions built for how modern media is distributed and consumed. Our video players are embedded directly on publisher sites, including Accuweather, Axel Springer, Dotdash Meredith, McClatchy, Penske Media Co., and more. We work with leading brands and agencies including American Express, Citi, Dentsu, Mars, UM, and more helping them target ads against our publishers’ video content. We power streaming for over 2,000 blue‑chip media companies, including 80% of the top 25 Comscore US publishers. As the largest independent global video network across CTV and OLV, we reach over 1B unique users and deliver 30B+ combined video plays and ad impressions every month.

The Opportunity As Advertising Demand Lead, you will own the full sales motion for JWX's video advertising offering across the UK and EMEA markets. You'll sell directly to agencies and advertisers, and serve as the expert voice on JWX's premium video inventory, signals and intelligence in the region. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has already built meaningful UK/EMEA agency relationships and is ready to run a book of business.

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a revenue book across UK and EMEA agency and brand‑direct accounts, from prospecting through to close.
  • Pitch at all levels of media agency and advertiser organisations: digital, programmatic, video planning and buying, and in‑house marketing teams.
  • Develop and execute territory‑level sales strategies across the full UK/EMEA landscape, with a particular focus on HoldCos, independent agencies, and brand‑direct programmatic teams.
  • Respond to briefs with tailored proposals that translate JWX's video intelligence suite into clear performance outcomes for advertiser goals.
  • Partner with Account Management post‑sale to ensure seamless activation and identify expansion signals early.
  • Support the EMEA introduction of QuantumPath, our agentic AI platform for multi‑DSP campaign orchestration, as the product is rolled out across the region.
  • Serve as the EMEA market voice internally, feeding client intelligence back into product, marketing, and leadership to shape how the offering evolves.
  • Represent JWX at industry events and evangelise our leading video intelligence position across the market.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of digital advertising sales experience, with a clear track record of closing and growing agency and advertiser accounts in the UK and/or EMEA.
  • Deep familiarity with the media agency landscape.
  • Proven programmatic fluency: working knowledge of DSPs (TTD, DV360, Amazon, Yahoo, Stackadapt), deal IDs, PMPs, and the buy‑side stack – enough to engage traders and programmatic managers credibly, not just planners and buyers.
  • A consultative, insight‑led sales style. You reframe how buyers think about video, you don't just respond to briefs.
  • Prior experience at a video platform, SSP, DSP, or ad tech platform preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial and a self‑starter: comfortable building pipeline from scratch, operating without a full playbook, and shaping the regional go‑to‑market alongside leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, and/or disability status.
