This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Business Advisory team within a top-tier accountancy practice based in Bristol. You'll work with a wide range of entrepreneurial clients across multiple industries, supporting their growth and helping them navigate financial challenges.

Responsibilities:- Prepare financial statements and year-end accounts for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Support the preparation of management accounts, forecasts, and financial projections
- Complete personal and business tax computations and VAT returns
- Provide bookkeeping services, including transaction processing and expense summaries
- Assist with company setups and general business administrative support
- Analyse income and expenditure data to assist in decision-making and reporting
- Support and mentor junior colleagues within the team
- Liaise with clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information
- Part-qualified or newly qualified AAT / ACCA / ACA (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a UK accountancy practice
- Proficient in cloud accounting platforms (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks) and accounting/tax software
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proactive and confident, with a collaborative, team-first approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workload effectively
