Responsibilities:
- Take charge of planning, executing, and completing audits, ensuring compliance with UK GAAP.
- You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, managing communication and expectations throughout the audit process.
- Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients.
- Understand their business needs and provide insightful recommendations that add value beyond compliance.
- Guide and support junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high‑quality work.
- You’ll play a crucial role in training and mentoring, helping to build a strong, knowledgeable team.
- Ensure that all audit work is completed to a high standard, adhering to the firm’s quality control policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or part‑qualified with proven experience working in a practice environment.
