An exciting opportunity has arisen in one of the industry’s best-known brands. Residential Attitudes is expanding the team and looking for a Prestart/NHA Consultant. Duties will include providing consultation, communication and assistance to our clients with all aspects of the administration process of their new home from initial signing through to ok to start, where our Client Liaison will look after the client until key handover. This role is a key position in the business and requires someone with passion, determination and advanced organisational skills. This role would suit someone current in the role and looking to further their knowledge and experience within their career.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial intro meeting with client
  • Conduct Prestart Meeting: Assist clients with the materials and colours selection process
  • Prepare base addenda and construction addenda when required
  • Prepare and organise contractual documentation
  • Manage and track job through the pre-construction
  • Chase finance and settlement with client
  • To ensure a maximum level of customer service is delivered to clients
  • Raise variations as required

Skills and experience

  • Minimum two years’ experience within the same or similar role essential i.e. Prestart Consultant, or New Homes Administration in Residential or Commercial Building Industry
  • High attention to detail
  • Leadership qualities. Motivate, Inspire and Support
  • Personal accountability
  • Managing relationships and effective communication skills
  • Effective time management
  • This role would suit someone with advanced organisational skills
