Infrastructure Engineer Server in Hitchin

Job Spec:

• Remote and Onsite Project Delivery:Handle project work both remotely, from the office, and at customers sites. This includes installing new hardware to configuring/troubleshooting networks, setting up MS Office 365.

Skills and Qualifications:

3 Years of commercial experience at 3rd line level.

Deployment of Microsoft 365 products, including Entra ID, SharePoint/OneDrive and Teams.

Management and troubleshooting of Windows Server 2016-2022, including Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory, AD Sync & Group Policy.

Hyper-V.

LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, WatchGuard firewalls, VLANs and VPNs

Understanding of security concepts, Cyber essentials framework, compliance and governance.
