This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mechanical/HVAC professional to manage a mix of commercial projects and quoted minor works across a diverse client base. This role suits someone confident delivering technically involved mechanical jobs from initial enquiry through to handover.
The Role
· Manage mechanical and HVAC projects from quotation through to completion.
· Deliver a steady pipeline of minor works generated through maintenance visits, engineer recommendations and client requests.
· Develop scopes of work, review engineer reports and carry out site surveys.
· Coordinate subcontractors (AC, ventilation, controls, electrical, ductwork).
· Plan labour, materials, access and programme requirements.
· Maintain strong communication with clients throughout delivery.
