JWB Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a HVAC Engineer. The client is a large M&E facilities management company who work all over Europe maintaining commercial sites. The position is for a HVAC Engineer to cover sites in Worcester, Hereford, Ludlow, Kidderminster and Redditch. You will be providing M&E maintenance services to a well-known retail chain and be responsible for reactive, planned maintenance and PPM's. Duties: * To ensure all reactive tasks are completed in a timely manner. * Required to safely operate and maintain the HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical systems and associated equipment on site. * Responsible for first line review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements * Making sure team meetings are being held daily to ensure PPM completion. * Ensuring all logbooks are being kept up to date. * Provide technical support to the customer on all M&E aspects.
