JWB Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a highly respected national Mechanical & Electrical services provider with over 2,300 employees and more than 40 years of industry experience. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join their expanding team, working across Lincolnshire; further travel may be required on occasion.
This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing and heating systems within plant rooms, including boilers, pipework, pumps, valves, and associated mechanical equipment. You will work across a diverse commercial portfolio including police stations, housing association properties, care homes, schools, and colleges.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out installation, servicing, PPM and reactive maintenance on commercial plumbing and heating systems within plant rooms.
- Maintain and repair pipework, valves, pumps, commercial boilers, and associated mechanical components.
- Attend reactive callouts, diagnose faults, and complete repairs efficiently.
- Support installation and replacement of commercial heating and mechanical plant equipment.
- Work safely and professionally across a range of commercial environments.
- Level 2 Plumbing & Heating qualification
- Experience working within commercial plant rooms
- Strong installation experience
- Full UK driving licence
- (Commercial Gas training pathway available for the right candidate)
