Overview Were looking for an experienced Duct Fitter to join a well-established mechanical contractor delivering installation works on new-build care home projects across England.
Youll be installing plastic MVE ductwork, AHU connections, and AC duct systems as part of a skilled site team.
This role involves working away Monday to Thursday, completing 12-hour shifts, with a long weekend starting Friday.
Current projects include sites in Kent, Portsmouth, and Birmingham, with ongoing work nationwide.
Key Responsibilities Install and fit plastic MVE ductwork on new-build care home sites Connect ductwork to AHUs, AC systems, and ventilation plant Work from technical drawings and site plans Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and compliance standards Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to deliver projects efficiently Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a high standard Represent the company professionally while working away on client sites xohmjla Requirements Proven experience as a Duct Fitter or Ventilation Installer Strong understanding of MVE duct systems, AHU connections, and AC ductwork Comfortable working long shifts and staying away MondayThursday Ability to work safely and independently on busy construction sites Full UK driving licence Right to work in the UK
