We have several stores across Merseyside. Having your own form of transport is ideal but not essential. The position is for a manager for one of our stores or the potential to oversee multiple stores.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our team within a vibrant hospitality or food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary and restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards, and foster a positive team atmosphere. The successful applicant will have a background in food preparation, cooking, and team management, with previous supervisory experience being highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant or hospitality operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
  • Supervise and support staff, including chefs, servers, baristas, and other team members
  • Manage food preparation processes to maintain quality and efficiency while adhering to food safety regulations
  • Coordinate food production and ensure timely delivery of dishes to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards across all areas of the establishment
  • Organise staff schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor performance levels
