Nestled in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, this contemporary 4-star Hotel & Golf Resort offers a picturesque setting and a premium hospitality experience. With over 100 stylish bedrooms, expansive event spaces for up to 200 guests, and a high-volume restaurant and lounge operation, we are now seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team with a strong focus on restaurant operations.
The Role:
- You will lead, coach, and inspire a well-established restaurant team, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional service in line with brand standards.
- Oversee a busy, high-volume restaurant operation - particularly during peak breakfast and conference lunch service times - and ensure smooth, efficient service throughout.
- Play a visible, hands-on role during dinner service, supporting the kitchen and a modern menu offering for hotel guests and locals alike.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and events teams to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction across all food service areas.
About You:
- You are currently a Restaurant Manager in a quality 4-star hotel or high-end restaurant and ready to make the step into a wider Food and Beverage Manager position.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a calm, solutions-focused leadership style.
- Exceptional food and service standards are second nature to you, and you know how to inspire your team to deliver them consistently.
- Experience with breakfast, lunch, and à la carte dinner service - ideally within a hotel or resort setting.
- You are locally based or have your own transport, as on-site accommodation is not available.
