Head of Finance - Hospitality - Private Members Club
Central London | Up to £90,000 | Full-Time
JWR is recruiting a Head of Finance for a prestigious private members and hospitality organisation in Central London.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, this is a senior, hands‑on financial leadership role with responsibility across a diverse operation incorporating hospitality, accommodation, restaurants, private dining, events and membership.
The Role
- Full ownership of the finance function and leadership of a small team
- Monthly management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow
- Annual budgets, forecasts and longer‑term financial planning
- Commercial analysis across F&B, accommodation, events and membership
- CAPEX and major investment project planning
- Cash-flow, treasury and cost management
- Financial controls, compliance and risk management
- Annual audit and statutory reporting
- Present financial performance to senior and non‑executive stakeholders
- Work closely with the CEO on commercial and strategic decisions
The Candidate
We are looking for an ACA or ACCA or CIMA-qualified finance professional with at least 5 years' post-qualified experience.
You will ideally be an experienced Head of Finance, Financial Controller or Finance Director, comfortable combining strategic financial leadership with a hands‑on approach.
Experience within hotels, hospitality, private members' clubs, restaurants, events or leisure would be highly advantageous, alongside strong commercial, budgeting, forecasting and people‑management skills.
The Package
Up to £90,000, depending on experience, plus company benefits.
