This forward thinking and progressive hotel company are recruiting for an experienced Cluster Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function for 3 hotels located in the heart of East Riding of Yorkshire & Lincolnshire. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you\’ll partner closely with the General Managers and ownership, playing a key part in both daily operations and long‐term commercial strategy.

What You\’ll Be Doing

Full responsibility for P&L management across the hotel portfolio

Managing end‐to‐end payroll for all employees

Delivering month‐end and year‐end accounts with precision

Preparing and coordinating the annual audit process

Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring compliance at every step

What You\’ll Bring

Proven experience in hotel self‐accounting (single or multi‐property)

Strong track record in month‐end reporting and audit delivery

Flexibility to travel once a month to support other sites
