We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hotel General Manager to join this 170+ rooms led venue for a 12-month maternity cover 184-bedroom 3-star hotel on the outskirts of Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to showcase their expertise in driving revenue, enhancing the guest experience, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel.
As the Hotel General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the team to deliver exceptional service and experiences for our guests, with a focus on maintaining high standards across all departments.
- Driving revenue growth through effective leadership, strategic planning, and identifying new revenue streams.
- Overseeing operations, including housekeeping, front of house, limited food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring efficiency and excellence in every area.
- Maintaining strong attention to detail in all aspects of hotel management, from operational standards to guest satisfaction.
- Managing budgets, forecasting, and ensuring profitability while maintaining cost controls.
