This is a rare opportunity to join a growing collection of luxury hotels, providing strategic financial leadership across a portfolio of distinctive properties in London and the South of England.
Reporting directly to the Board, you will lead the group's finance function, partnering with operational leaders to drive commercial performance, profitability, business growth and financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial strategy across a portfolio of luxury lifestyle hotels.
- Deliver robust budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial reporting.
- Partner with General Managers to maximise revenue, profitability and EBITDA performance.
- Drive commercial decision-making through insightful financial analysis and business partnering.
- Oversee Cap Ex planning, financial controls, compliance and risk management.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team while continually improving systems, processes and reporting.
About You
- Current or recent Group Finance Director, Regional Finance Director or Cluster Finance Director within a luxury or upscale hotel group.
- Strong hospitality finance background with multi-property experience.
- Commercially focused with a proven track record of improving profitability and driving business performance.
- Experienced in stakeholder management, board reporting and strategic financial planning.
- An inspirational leader with excellent communication and influencing skills.
