Ideally looking for an enthusiastic, motivating and passionate General Manager or above who will be able to grow their teams through leadership and training, deliver and maintain the high standards required and who loves to see guests having an epic time.

Job Description
As a General Manager you will be responsible for:
- Training & developing staff at all levels
- Cocktail creations & costings with someone who has great food experience
- Be able to manage the busy bar
- Profit & loss accountable
- Be commercially minded
- Inventory control
- Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas
- Passionate about customer service
- Be very guest focused
- Strong man management skills
- Be able to think on their feet and come up with conclusive ideas
- Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issues
- Be able to deal with costs in line with sales
- Keeping up to date with licensing legislation, liaising with the authorities and taking overall legal responsibility for the premises
The Ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in a similar cocktail bar with food or restaurant or F&B Hotel experience
- Must have high end cocktail experience
- Be able to work with teams of over 25+ staff
- Must have some profit & loss understanding
- Understanding of events
- Must have some experience in stock taking & inventories
- Be able to work in a high demanding environment
- Used to high volume
- Able to instruct clear instructions to the senior management team and staff members
- Good understanding of running a tight operation
- Must be flexible in working late night hours
- Dealing with Directors
- Licence holder
- Used to being in a customer service background
- Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
- Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority
