Overview:

This forward thinking and progressive hotel company are recruiting for an experienced Cluster Financial Controller to take full ownership of the finance function for 3 hotels located in the heart of East Riding of Yorkshire & Lincolnshire. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll partner closely with the General Managers and ownership, playing a key part in both daily operations and long-term commercial strategy. What You'll Be Doing:
- Full responsibility for P&L management across the hotel portfolio
- Managing end-to-end payroll for all employees
- Delivering month-end and year-end accounts with precision
- Preparing and coordinating the annual audit process
- Maintaining robust financial controls and ensuring compliance at every step
