Our client, a leading global investment management firm, is seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support senior professionals in its London office. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of wearing multiple hats - seamlessly balancing administrative, operational, and investor-facing responsibilities.

  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to investment professionals, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing. Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison, ensuring efficient and professional communication both internally and externally. Anticipate needs and take initiative to streamline day-to-day workflows.
  • Office Management: Oversee daily operations of a small but growing London office. Coordinate vendor relationships, supply management, facilities upkeep, and basic IT/troubleshooting support in coordination with global teams. Manage onboarding logistics for new hires and liaise with global HR and operations teams.
  • Corporate Access & Event Coordination: Serve as a key liaison between investment professionals and external management teams to ensure efficient access to corporate insights. Provide support for internal investor events, team offsites, and ad hoc strategic meetings.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of experience in a fast-paced financial services or professional services environment; prior investment firm experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to support senior-level professionals with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with corporate access, investor relations, or capital markets logistics is a plus.
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial, and highly confidential environment.
