We are seeking an ambitious and passionate Door Person dedicated to providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.

Position Summary:

  • Prepare for your shift by passing information between Doormen and checking with the Concierge.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and managers.
  • Perform reasonable requests from management.
  • Handle guest issues professionally, ensuring resolution and follow-up using the LEARN and Service Excellence processes; track complaints via the Guest Response program.
  • Understand hotel fire and safety procedures.
  • Be flexible with working hours.
  • Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear the uniform properly.
  • Keep the entrances and courtyard immaculate.
  • Stay informed about all hotel services and functions.
  • Welcome guests, open doors, assist with luggage, and bid farewell to guests.
  • Call taxis upon request, without prior driver arrangements.
  • Remain at your post at the Front Doors/Front Gate at all times.
