As Hotel Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering a great experience to our guests. With a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a “we can do attitude“ and a genuine want to exceed our guest’s experience. Hotel experience in a hands-on role and an ability to work off your own initiative is a must.

What we are looking for:
- Experience in working in all areas of food and beverage in a hotel operation including running weddings, banqueting and conference with a good knowledge and experience in restaurant & bars
- You will have a great ability to motivate, communicate and support your colleagues and be a keen driver of standards
- Planning of staffing effectively in accordance with business needs
- Be an enthusiastic team player wanting to make your mark on the business
- Training and monitoring of health & safety training and awareness of HR legislation
- Duty management experience preferred but training will be given
