What an Assistant Manager does at JW Lees: Get the best from your team. Leading by example, offering great service and motivating the people around you. Be an expert in communication and be passionate about making every customer visit memorable. You will be a key support for the General Manager, taking the helm when they are not around and taking the lead on some areas of the business. Take ownership of problems and be commercially aware. You will have previous leadership experience within hospitality or retail and be keen to learn and grow in your role.
