We are looking for a Senior Brewer to join the Production Senior Leadership Team. You will apply your expertise and experience in safely and sustainably brewing and packaging beer. Along with the wider team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding quality while meeting volume targets and maintaining cost efficiency.

The person:
- CIBD Diploma in Brewing and a science-based degree with a CIBD Master Brewer qualification being desirable
- Extensive experience in a senior position within a production brewery environment
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of, and commitment to, health and safety regulations
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop, lead and motivate a talented team
- Experienced in conducting quality checks
- Good commercial acumen with the ability to understand and control production budgets
- Computer literate with strong Microsoft Office skills. Experience using an ERP system (NAV or similar) is desirable
The role & responsibilities:
- Use of expansive brewing experience to brew exceptional beers and lead by example
- Take a lead role in overseeing daily operations to ensure that all brewing activity meets production schedules
- Maintain full compliance with quality systems and health and safety policies
- Work closely with the in-house Maintenance Engineers and external contractors
- Support innovation initiatives
- Support the ongoing development of the Production Team
- Participate in the duty rota, including on-call weekend cover
