JW Lees is seeking a proactive People Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of the People Team across our Middleton and North Manchester locations. The role is full time and office-based, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality and delivering a great colleague experience.
You’ll act as first contact for People queries, support HR systems, coordinate onboarding, handle Right to Work checks, assist employee relations, and help drive engagement and succession planning.
