JW Lees has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Support Auditor to join our team at the Brewery. The Internal Support Auditor is responsible for the correct risk audit scoring from each audit completed in our managed estate. You will then communicate this to General Managers, Area Managers & the Audit Manager and follow up on these actions on the following return visits. You will complete stock control audits, and report on them in a timely manner.

Duties:
- Complete auditor level liquor and food stocktaking including hotel audits, within the schedule compiled.
- Full cash reconciliation at site level, completing a full cash audit.
- ABV tests using a hydrometer.
- Assistance to sites that require training in stock control and general financial administration.
- Complete financial audit in all sites, within the schedule and criteria within the audit remit.
- Carry out announced and unannounced audits to be completed during the year.
- Assist, when required, in the programming and maintenance of the EPOS system.
- To train managers and assistants on stock and cash procedures where required.
- Office duties – To complete weekly stock and compliance reports to be communicated to the wider business.
Person:
- Be of graduate calibre & highly numerical
- Have good food and beverage knowledge
- Have excellent report writing skills
- Have excellent IT skills
- Be mobile with a full, driving licence
