JW Lees has a vacancy for a Free Trade Area Manager to join our sales team. This position will play a key role in the development of sales of JW Lees draught products throughout the North West. We offer a “one-stop shop package”, so in addition there will be a need to sell a full drinks offering inclusive of packaged beers, minerals, wines and spirits.

The Role & Responsibilities:
- Retention and development of an existing account base
- Open new accounts within your designated trading area of responsibility, delivering on all targets set
- Ensure your industry and product knowledge is expansive and relevant
- Manage payment of goods and costs of any promotional support
- Exceed customer’s expectations by delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge and experience on how to deliver a positive P&L
- Reporting to the Director of Sales
The Person:
- The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys sales
- Someone who enjoys interacting with people
- Someone who can think on their feet
- You need to have great communication skills
- Be a good listener and have a genuine desire to give the customer the best possible service
- Enjoy working in a team-spirited culture, whilst at the same time having the self-motivation to get out there alone and make it happen
- Experience in selling is essential and knowledge of the beer industry would be beneficial, but having the hunger to succeed in a competitive sales environment is just as important
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
