General Manager – Middleton We are looking for a General Manager to join us at JW Lees! The Boot & Shoe, Lancaster – Up to 40,000 – Live In. The Boot & Shoe is a fabulous community pub located a short drive from the centre of Lancaster. It boasts a large beer garden to the front of the pub and a very popular function suite complete with its own bar. The entire site has recently undergone a brilliant refurbishment which has helped to grow the business. The Boot and Shoe is popular locally for its well-kept beers and delicious food which includes a great pizza offering that is cooked in the onsite pizza oven. As the General Manager at the Boot and Shoe, you should continue to build on the success of the current General Manager, always looking for new revenue streams and striving to build and maintain its reputation locally. The recently refurbished function suite is a real asset to the pub and the popularity of the weekly quiz, shows that there is a real appetite for engagement with the local community.
