Customer Service Advisor Vacancy – Middleton This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, office-based role.

JW Lees have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the established Customer Service Team based at our Greengate Brewery in Middleton, Manchester.

What we offer our Customer Service Advisors:

  • Ensuring all customers are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner via phone, email, or face-to-face
  • Build excellent relationships with customers
  • Ensure all customer records are up to date on NAV
  • Keep up-to-date with all the latest products and promotions and advise customers accordingly
  • Upselling and cross-selling where possible to increase average sales value
  • Manage call diaries to ensure all customers are called on allocated days
  • Ensure phones are always covered and cover reception when required
  • Manage repairs and Tech Service calls through NAV – allocate work to specific contractors and chase updates
  • Liaise with other departments to assist in resolving any queries
  • Work closely with transport and warehouse to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and any ad hoc order requests
  • Deal with any customer complaints professionally, recognizing the need to escalate where required
  • Assist the Sales Team with any ad hoc requirements or needs
  • Record worksheets and deal with queries arising from repairs
  • Achieve set KPI’s and Customer Service Levels and Standards

Customer Service Advisor skills:

  • Computer literate, proficient to an intermediate standard in all Microsoft Office packages
