Customer Service and Support Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, responsible for ensuring all customers are handled efficiently and professionally via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions. The role involves building excellent relationships with customers, maintaining up-to-date records on NAV, and staying informed about our latest products and promotions to advise customers accordingly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Upselling and cross-selling to increase sales value.
- Managing call diaries and ensuring all customers are contacted as scheduled.
- Providing phone coverage and supporting reception duties as needed.
- Managing repairs and Tech Service calls through NAV, allocating work, and following up on updates.
- Liaising with other departments to resolve queries and assist the sales team with ad hoc requirements.
- Recording worksheets and managing queries related to repairs.
- Achieving KPIs and maintaining customer service standards.
