Job Summary
You will play a key role in keeping the kitchen running efficiently and spotless during and after service, handling cleaning duties for utensils and dishes, preparing basic food and ingredients, and ensuring a clean work environment in line with Health & Safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and efficiency during and after service.
- Clean utensils, dishes and perform general kitchen duties.
- Prepare basic food and ingredients as required.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures in the kitchen.
- Support the team in achieving and maintaining a 5‑score rating on the doors.
- Continuously develop new skills and progress in the role.
