As Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering a great experience to our guests. With a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a 'we can do attitude' and a genuine want to exceed our guest's experience. Experience in a hands-on role and an ability to work off your own initiative is a must.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in working in all areas of food and beverage in a hotel operation including running weddings, banqueting and conference
  • Good knowledge and experience in restaurant & bars
  • Great ability to motivate, communicate and support your colleagues and be a keen driver of standards
  • Planning of staffing effectively in accordance with business needs
  • Enthusiastic team player wanting to make your mark on the business
  • Training and monitoring of health & safety training and awareness of HR legislation
  • Duty management experience preferred but training will be given
