This opportunity is as self-employed retail operator. JW Lees will take care of all the running costs including stock, utilities, business rates & the day-to-day running costs. You will receive 20% of the net weekly sales for all employment costs relating to yourself & your staff. You will also to liable for payment of council tax & TV licence for the private accommodation. Description (Business Opportunities): The Saracens head is a great community pub, surrounded by houses and with busy village centre of Stockton Heath less than ½ mile away. It is a favourite with the local residents and well known for charity events & supporting the local community. It has pool & darts teams and regular entertainment at weekends. Post refurbishment, this pub will be the place you can go to relax & enjoy a high quality drink in a fantastic atmosphere with your partner, family & friends. There will be a pool table & darts board, to provide facilities for the games team and customers alike. As well as great viewing for all sports with both SKY/TNT on offer. At weekends, enjoy entertainment with the extensive product range of cask & keg beers, wines & spirits. Continue with & grow the charity events within the local community. Trading facilities: The pub has period features throughout. There is a main bar, games area and lounge bar with plenty of adjoining snug rooms all with feature fireplaces. There is a private courtyard and car parking for up to 30 cars at the rear of the pub. Private Living Accommodation – Description: The private accommodation comprises of kitchen, lounge, 3 double bedrooms, bathroom and office. The accommodation is to be refurbished as part of the project.
