Night Porter Vacancy
We are now looking to recruit Night Porters to join the team.

Night Porter Role and Responsibilities:
- Check in late arrivals and check out early departures in line with company procedures.
- Ensure thorough communication with all departments.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift and complete handover at the end of the shift.
- Ensure that wake up calls are made promptly and book any taxis for guests.
- Take room service orders and deliver to guests.
- Residents’ bar – preparing and serving drinks, cleaning duties.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the fire evacuation procedure and computer systems.
- Ensure site is secure and complete regular walk arounds throughout the shift.
- Set up rooms for meetings and private dining.
- Give personal attention, take personal responsibility and use teamwork to provide excellent guest service.
