JW Anderson is looking for a highly organised, culturally engaged and discreet PR & VIP Relations Coordinator to join our Communications team in London. Reporting to the Communications Director, the role will coordinate day-to-day VIP and talent relations activity, helping the brand maintain strong and relevant relationships with cultural figures, talent, stylists, agents and other influential contacts.

Working closely with the wider Communications team and colleagues across Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, E-commerce, Creative, Product and Logistics, you will support:

  • VIP dressing requests, product selections, dispatches and returns
  • Product loans, pulls and gifting activity
  • Relationships with VIPs, talent, stylists, agents and influencers
  • VIP invitations, RSVPs and attendance at shows, dinners and launches
  • Press sample requests, showroom appointments and collection presentations
  • Press enquiries and the distribution of product information and imagery
  • VIP, talent and press databases, reporting and activity tracking
  • The identification of relevant cultural and talent opportunities for the brand

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in PR, VIP relations, talent relations, fashion communications or a similar environment. You’ll combine excellent organisation and attention to detail with strong communication skills, cultural awareness and a genuine interest in fashion, talent and the luxury landscape. The successful candidate will be personable and confident when working with external contacts, while demonstrating the discretion, professionalism and sound judgement required when handling confidential and high-profile activity. Experience within luxury fashion or a premium consumer brand, and experience working with VIPs, talent, stylists or influencers, would be an advantage.
