We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing both new and existing wholesale accounts across the Americas, Europe (specific countries) and the Middle East. It involves maximising sales opportunities of all categories and customer service initiatives that align with and support the growth strategy of the JW Anderson brand in regional markets.
Main Responsibilities
- Overseeing wholesale accounts to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance forecasts.
- Maximise the full potential of existing accounts and onboarding new high-value wholesale partners that align with the company objectives within the market areas of responsibility.
- Collaborate with wholesale team to plan and execute showrooms and tradeshow events, ensuring impactful brand representation.
- Contribute to the analysis, processing, and reporting of forward orders, ensuring optimal product assortments that align with commercial objectives.
- Cooperate with the rest of the team to conduct in-depth seasonal and ad hoc wholesale analysis, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Work with the merchandising team to provide critical market insights that shape the development of collections and assortment plans, which meet volume, margin, brand strategy and central merchandising requirements.
- Drive sell-through performance, overseeing fast replenishment and swap strategies, and ensuring a seamless and efficient approach to client payments and logistics.
- Partner with finance team to ensure timely payment receipt and that payments are settled as the stock is ready to be shipped.
- Champion an exceptional level of client service, driving sales through strategic initiatives such as staff incentives, in-store events, and brand marketing activations.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive seasonal training programs, conducting staff training in stores to ensure exceptional brand representation and knowledge across all key accounts.
- Implement an effective wholesale promotional strategy that maintains brand integrity while driving full-price sales performance.
- Strengthen relationships with wholesale clients’ retail teams, personal shoppers, and client services to uphold the highest standard of customer service and ensure all bespoke requests are addressed.
- Support Head of Wholesale to develop shop in shop & wholesale corner aligned with brand’s commercial objectives and strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure all wholesale partners’ brand messaging is consistent with the overall brand outlook and positioning.
- Lead seasonal and ad hoc in-store activations with key partners to showcase the brand in prominent windows globally.
- Act as a brand ambassador in designated markets.
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring learning and development.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Minimum 3 years' experience in wholesale, preferably luxury, with a focus on the Americas, Middle East and Europe.
- Strong understanding of market positioning, brand adjacencies, and industry trends.
- Passionate about RTW fashion and accessories, with deep knowledge of wholesale dynamics and retail environments.
- Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, RLM, Joor, and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong deadline management, able to work under pressure.
- Skilled in prioritizing, multitasking, and problem-solving.
- Self-driven with a sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to issues.
- Flexible to travel and work weekends/extra hours during peak periods.
