We are looking for a Production Assistant to join us to assist the Ready-to-Wear and Accessories Production Departments in ensuring products are delivered on time, with good quality, and at the target margin.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Production Coordinators with ordering raw materials required for bulk production in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining a fully updated Critical Path and Delivery schedule, making sure RLM is always up to date.
  • Ordering recurring season stock for packaging and labelling and maintaining an accurate stock take.
  • Helping to dispatch all raw materials and packaging/labelling from office to factories, in coherence with planned Critical Path and calendar dates.
  • Creating dispatch notes for each raw material shipment to factory, keeping a record of all raw materials and packaging sent.
  • Emailing factories with tracking details and delivery notes.
  • Supporting coordinators chasing certification and supplier declarations where required.
  • Creating and ordering care labels.
  • Accurate stocktaking of trims and packaging both in house and at factories using RLM.
  • Ensuring barcode stickers are emailed or printed and sent out to all factories.
  • Updating any BOMs which need to be amended after the Production/PD handover.
  • Manual consumption each season and updating seasonal stock takes.
  • Printing, checking and coding production invoices, logging in to the Invoice Log and RLM.
  • Collecting PP packages.
  • Receiving bulk goods delivery notes from Logistics Manager.
  • Supporting Logistics Manager in creating ASN when required.
  • Ensuring all compositions are up to date on RLM.
  • Preparing courier shipments and organizing courier collections.
  • Completing all shipping paperwork.
  • Creating UPS and DHL labels online.
  • Keeping up to date trackers of all Production courier expenses.
  • Collecting all packages from reception when notified of delivery.
  • Helping keep the Production area and supplies organized and clearly labelled.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and department at a luxury or high-end fashion brand.
  • Ability to multitask, maintain focus, and ensure accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a solid understanding of retail math.
  • Proactive and enjoy problem solving.
  • Dedicated and hard working.
  • An interest, enthusiasm and passion for fashion.
