This is a hybrid role combining social media management and content creation. You’ll play a key part in shaping our online presence by producing engaging content, managing activity across all major social platforms, and bringing the brand to life through visuals and storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and organised, with a strong eye for fashion, trends, and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Capture photo and video content for social media (including behind-the-scenes, product shots, lifestyle, and campaign content)
- Edit content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels
- Ensure all content is optimised for each platform’s format and audience
- Assist in planning and executing content shoots (in-house and on location)
- Stay up to date with trends and cultural moments, proactively suggesting relevant content ideas
- Social Media Management
- Support the day-to-day management of all social media accounts
- Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms
- Write engaging captions aligned with brand tone of voice
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement
- Brand & Campaign Support
- Assist in launching campaigns across social channels
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent branding
- Support influencer collaborations and content coordination
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance of posts and campaigns across platforms
- Share insights and suggest improvements based on data
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years’ experience in social media, content creation, or a similar role (internships count)
- Strong interest in fashion, art, and cultural moments, with an instinct for what’s relevant and engaging
- Solid understanding of and active interest in all major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Confident shooting content on a smartphone or camera
- Strong editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, or similar tools) with an understanding of platform-specific formats
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable being both behind and occasionally in front of the camera
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Bonus Skills
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Photography or videography background
- Graphic design skills
- Familiarity with social analytics tools
