We are seeking an experienced Head of Logistics to own and lead end-to-end global logistics operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across inbound and outbound flows of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring scalable, compliant, and cost-effective distribution as the business continues to grow. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering with Production, Commercial, Finance, Retail, Ecommerce, and external logistics providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all inbound and outbound logistics across wholesale, retail, ecommerce, intercompany, and special projects
- Plan and manage logistics critical paths to ensure on-time delivery and service KPIs
- Oversee and optimise 3PL warehouse, freight forwarder, and courier performance
- Manage inbound shipments from EU, UK, and ROW suppliers; oversee returns across all channels
- Own global stock distribution movements and inventory accuracy
- Deliver weekly, monthly, EOS, and year-end logistics, inventory, and financial reporting
- Control logistics budgets, cost analysis, invoicing, and forecast vs actual performance
- Own logistics systems and integrations (RLM, 3PL WMS, Cegid, ecommerce)
- Ensure full compliance with UK and international import/export regulations and certifications
- Support projects including store openings, new platforms, collaborations, and show/showroom logistics
Skills & Experience
- 5+ yearsβ experience in supply chain and logistics management
- Strong background in fashion and high-value goods logistics
- Proven experience managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, and couriers internationally
- Excellent knowledge of import/export regulations and customs compliance
- Advanced Excel skills and strong systems capability
