The Impact You'll Make
As a Yard Marshall, you'll be the eyes and ears of our busy yard operation. You'll coordinate vehicle movements, maintain safety standards, and ensure our loading bays run like clockwork. Your role is critical in keeping our drivers, warehouse teams, and goods moving efficiently; without you, the flow stops.
What You'll Do
- Direct and control the movement of HGVs, 7.5 tonne and vans within the yard to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Assist with unloading return items into correct designated unloading areas.
- Loading scrap items into trailers.
- Sorting recycling materials, packing/wrapping.
- Ensure unloaded items designated areas are kept organised.
